Jakub Mika is an attorney at Laborius – The Specialists in Employment Law. Even before his admission to the bar, he worked for several years as a research associate at Laborius. Today, he advises both employers and employees on all aspects of individual and collective employment law, providing counsel as well as representation in court.

Already during his studies, he focused on employment law. Following his passion, he joined a major independent law firm in Hamburg during his legal traineeship at the Higher Regional Court of Celle, where he deepened his expertise in employment law practice.

Jakub Mika is distinguished by his strong understanding of complex legal issues and his exceptional commitment. His practice includes drafting employment and service contracts as well as representing clients in employment law litigation.
