The Laborius idea - our promise of quality
Laborius stands for what we do with passion and conviction, labor law. The name is composed of the Latin word "labor" for work and "ius" for law, so it means nothing other than labor law.
Our name is our commitment. Professional competence, efficiency, target and service orientation are a matter of course for us. We are your personal contact, advisor and companion in the complete range of labor law. Fast, immediate processing, availability at all times, but also great clout, in that we form specialized teams on a case-by-case basis, enable us to process the mandates entrusted to us extremely efficiently.
We offer interdisciplinary advice that covers not only employment law but also business issues relating to human resources management.
Laborius has strong roots dating back to the 1970s. The firm emerged from the nationally renowned employment law firm Neef & Tschöpe and was founded by Prof. Dr. Klaus Neef and Dr. Peter Schrader.
