External personnel department / management
We support human resources departments of all company sizes in labor law and human resources issues. This concerns both strategic tasks as well as the operative business from the drafting of employment contracts to warnings and the preparation of references.
The spectrum ranges from selective involvement in special issues to the complete takeover of the employment law spectrum of activities (legal process outsourcing). Finally, we also assume the role of personnel management, including the management of operational processes, as an interim or permanent function. The fields of activity include in particular:
